Arnaud Martinez
Chairman (THC)
Arnaud Martinez is a results-driven leader with 20 years of experience in the aviation industry with extensive knowledge of fixed and rotorcraft operations, training, maintenance, airworthiness, quality, security and safety. He is a dedicated post holder and airline pilot with extensive experience in AOC certification, delivery and company set up with full scope of services.
Between 2006 and 2019, Arnaud held various leadership positions in Gama International Saudi Arabia, Al Salem International Aviation, Liza Transport International and Air Service Gabon/ Air Affairs Gabon. Arnaud joined The Helicopter Comapany in 2019 appointed as Chief Operating Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in 2020, the position he currently holds.
Muhammad Ovais
Director (PIF)
Muhammad Ovais brings 20 years of experience in the fields of managing and executing listed and private equity investments, and undertaking privatization and M&A transactions.
Muhammad began his career at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate of Transaction Advisory Services. From 2010 to 2017, he was Senior Vice President of Private Equity & Investment Banking at Jadwa Investment. Since 2018, Muhammad has held various management positions at the Public Investment Fund including Vice President, Senior Vice President and Director. In 2021, Muhammad was appointed- Head of Aviation and Security Sector.
Philippe Lubrano

Philippe Lubrano is a born leader and natural deal maker with 30 years of experience in the helicopter industry. From his early days at Aérospatiale (now Airbus Helicopters) to setting up several successful Aerospace companies around the world, Philippe has proven his international and multi-cultural management skills. Philippe’s success can be routed to his unique focus on human capital development. Within his 19 years in Airbus Helicopters, he held multiple roles at a global level in customer service & business development capacities, founder and CEO of Airbus Helicopters Malaysia from 2002-2007 and finally Airbus Helicopters VP for South East Asia.
Mohammed Alrabiah
Director (PIF)
Mohammed Alrabiah is a Riyadh-based investment professional with several years of experience in private equity and the aviation sector at the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2017-2019), with concentrations in Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, Mohammed joined PIF where he held the roles of Investment Associate and later Senior Investment Associate before being promoted to Vice President. He played a role in the launch of AviLease, PIF’s aircraft leasing company, and previously gained consulting experience with GE Healthcare Partners.

Aurelien Blanc is an experienced aviation leader with over 20 years in the industry. At Rotortrade, he has helped shape the company into a global leader in helicopter sales. Previously, he held executive roles at Safran Helicopter Engines and Airbus Helicopters, gaining expertise in management, global sales, and business development.
Robert Brant
VP & Head Of Region
North America
A welcome addition to the Rotortrade team in 2021. After graduating from the US Naval Academy, Robert began his aviation career as a USMC helicopter pilot. Since then, he has amassed more than 30 years of experience in aviation sales for leading OEM’s in both fixed and rotary wing industries.
Raymond Lubrano

A former specialist in market making, intermediation and trading for US and French banks in London and Paris, with over 15 years of experience. In 2010, he ventured into the aviation industry in Malaysia, becoming the CEO and founding partner of Heli-Union Malaysia.
Gerard Pau

Europe
A former VP of Airbus Helicopters, Gerard spent over 40 years on various position as Head Of Support & Services, Head Of Marketing Services. Managing Director of AH Malaysia and COO Asia Pacific then joined Rotortrade early 2023 as Head Of Region Europe & Managing Director of Rotortrade France.
Anna NG
CFO
Anna embarked on her professional journey as an auditor, gaining valuable experience at both PwC and EY. Transitioning into finance roles within multinational corporations, she honed her expertise before making a significant move to Rotortrade in 2012.
David A. Jones
Corporate Affair & Governance Director
David with 40 years of aerospace experience joined Rotortrade early in 2023. He has held both senior technical and commercial roles in British Airways, Rolls-Royce, SR Technics and RUAG as well as having led his own boutique consultancy. He is a graduate in both engineering and marketing and holds an MBA.
